Litigation in Environmental Law
Environmental law has taken on an increasing significance as the concerns and risks of activities that could in any way jeopardize the environment or the population increase. The corporate market has increasingly dedicated its efforts to pursuing good environmental practices and ensuring the sustainability of the economic development process.

In the advisory area, we advise clients in identifying the applicable environmental restrictions, considering issues such as permanent preservation area (APP), legal reserve and urban green area, among others. In the administrative scope, we assist in obtaining licenses and authorizantions and defending clients in administrative processes. Finally, in the judicial/litigation scope, we represent clients in public civil actions, inquiries, writ of mandamus, negotiation of conduct adjustment agreements (TAC) and related instruments.
