Rafael Urbano Gimenes
Rafael Urbano Gimenes focuses his practice on situations of high complexity such are crisis management, corporate investigations, negotiation with authorities and complex disputes. Having 25+ years’ experience in corporate law, practical training abroad and 5 years of active management of a large Brazilian law firm, Rafael has started multiple projects in law practice and finds in his diversified experience the elements to assist clients develop original projects and navigate special situations. Since 2022 Rafael has been individually listed with various publications including Chambers & Partners for Compliance (Brazil and Global). Rafael has a law degree form University of São Paulo and an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, as well as a specialization in tax law and formal education as a board member (IBGC), besides experience sitting on the board of non-profit organizations.
