Ottavio Augusto Cilento Morsello graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo in 2023 and is licensed in French Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III since 2024. He currently attends a master’s degree from the University of São Paulo, since 2025. Mr. Morsello is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo (ITALCAM) and of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr). Mr. Morsello attended an exchange program at Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata in 2022, focusing in private and international law. Mr. Morsello’ legal practice is addressed to civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on arbitration, contracts, digital, family and consumer law, as well as on public law, tenders, and public international law.
