Luciana Zanella Louzado graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo, is a specialist in Economic Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra and from Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais and a specialist in Criminal Procedural Law from Escola Paulista da Magistratura. She has 25 years of practice in the area of litigious and advisory corporate criminal law, in the personalized defense of the interests of companies and businessmen who are in the position of investigated or of victims. Luciana has vast experience in acting in police operations of national and international repercussion, and in plea bargaining agreement.  She also acts in internal investigations and in crimes committed by electronic means. She is co-author of “The Penal Code interpreted, article by article, paragraph by paragraph”, coordinated by Costa Machado and David Teixeira de Azevedo and published by Editora Manole, 12th ed.
