Henrique Giongo Maluf graduated in Social Sciences from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) in 2010 and in Law (LL.B.) from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2013 and concluded a postgraduation course in Estate Planning and Wealth Succession at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVLaw) in 2023. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and of the Brazilian Family Law Institute (IBDFAM). His legal practice is addressed to civil and commercial litigation, family law and successions, wealth management, mediation, and arbitration.
