Fernanda Cardoso de Almeida Dias da Rocha graduated with a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2007 and was admitted to the Brazilian Bar (Ordem de Advogados do Brasil – OAB) in 2008. She currently works in civil litigation, focusing on the demands of public law, and in particular administrative law. She completed post-graduate studies in Administrative Law at FGV/SP in 2014, and then obtained her Master’s degree in Fundamental Public Law in 2017 from the Université Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is currently completing her PhD at the University of Lisbon.
