Fábio Floriano Melo Martins graduated in Law (LL.B.) from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Mr. Martins holds a Master’s degree in Roman Legal System, Unification of Law and Integration Law from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata and a PhD in Civil Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Between 2006 and 2009, he coordinated the activities of the office in Brasília, representing clients before the superior courts, regulatory agencies and ministries. He is the president of Private Law Institute. He is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law and the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Mr. Martins legal’s practice is addressed to civil and commercial litigation, with emphasis on arbitration; infrastructure, contracts, environmental and consumer law.
