Eduardo de Oliveira Lima graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 1996. He is post-graduated in Civil Procedure, from Centro de Extensão Universitária and in Business Law from the Business Administration School of São Paulo, Fundação Getúlio Vargas and IBRE – Instituto Brasileiro de Economia. Mr. Lima is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the São Paulo Attorneys’ Association (AASP). Licensed arbitrator at Câmara de Conciliação, Mediação e Arbitragem de São Paulo CIESP/FIESP. Licensed arbitrator at Câmara de Mediação, Conciliação e Arbitragem da Comissão das Sociedades de Advogados da OAB/SP (2016/2018). Rapporteur of the First Class of Professional Ethics – Ethics and the Disciplinary Court of the OAB-SP (2019/2021). His professional practice focuses on business law, with an emphasis on Agribusiness (contracts, M&A, corporate, disputes and arbitration).
