Beatriz Toratti graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure at the University of São Paulo Law School (USP). Her legal practice is focused on arbitrations, civil and commercial litigation, disputes concerning corporate and contractual issues, consumer law and bankruptcy and court-supervised reorganisation proceedings.
